Look, we're not gonna feed you some corporate line about being "industry leaders" or "premier advisors." We're a group of lawyers who actually care about getting the job done right. Started this firm because we were tired of seeing businesses get tangled up in legal mess that could've been avoided with straight talk and proper planning.
Three lawyers, one cramped office on King Street, and a shared frustration with how corporate law firms treated their clients. We figured there had to be a better way - turns out we were right.
Moved to Bay Street after taking on more clients than we could handle in that tiny office. Added employment law and IP protection to our services because clients kept asking for it. Sometimes you just gotta listen.
Pandemic hit and we went fully remote before most folks even figured out how to unmute themselves on Zoom. Kept every client relationship intact and picked up new ones who appreciated our flexibility.
Team of 15 professionals working hybrid from our suite at 1200 Bay Street. We've handled hundreds of cases and we still answer our own phones. That's not changing anytime soon.

You shouldn't have to wait three days for a callback. We aim to get back to you same day, usually within a couple hours.
We measure success by outcomes, not billable hours. If we can solve it with a phone call instead of a lawsuit, that's what we'll do.
You're not a file number here. We remember your business, your concerns, and yeah - we'll ask about your kids or that vacation you mentioned.
